Legacy Healthcare is seeking a Director of Projects & Maintenance with hands‑on construction and maintenance leadership to oversee projects, crews, estimating, and day‑to‑day operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and building maintenance, proven estimating and pricing skills, and the ability to manage crews, read scopes and plans, and ensure quality and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating and pricing construction work.
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and repairs.
• Ability to read scopes/plans and estimate labor and materials.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in the field with multiple priorities.
• Basic Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
• Hands-on leadership and problem-solving when needed.

Director of Projects & Maintenance

Compensation: $70,000–$90,000/year

We are looking for a highly experienced, hands‑on construction and maintenance professional to lead projects, crews, estimating, and day‑to‑day maintenance operations.

This is an ideal role for someone who really knows construction, can price and estimate jobs, manage crews, solve problems in the field, and make sure projects are completed correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimate, scope, and price construction and maintenance jobs

• Manage multiple projects from start to finish

• Schedule and oversee field crews and subcontractors

• Coordinate materials, equipment, timelines, and labor
