Job summary

Winston Resources is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure safety, timeliness, and adherence to budget.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (or equivalent), 5+ years of experience across commercial/residential/industrial builds, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Primavera.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.
  • Proficiency with project management software Procore, MS Project and Primavera.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on-site labor, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and purchase orders.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), and permitting requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
  • Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and daily reports.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks; proactively resolve delays or budget overruns.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and clients.
  • Coordinate with estimating and procurement teams during bidding and material sourcing.

Reports To: Director of Construction / VP of Operations

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
