Job summary

Unknown company is seeking a Senior Project Management leader to oversee a small team of Project Managers, setting standards for planning, tracking, and delivery across engineering, fabrication, finance, and customers.

You will coach PMs, build processes, and lead strategic accounts while driving safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance. A strong background in construction/fabrication and PMP exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• Extensive PM experience in fabrication, construction, manufacturing, energy, or similar.
• Proven track record leading and developing Project Managers.
• Strong grasp of project financials, contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Direct, accountable coaching style that anticipates risk and balances customer service with commercial discipline.

Your Role:
