Job summary

BSA in Carmel, IN seeks a Director of Delivery Process to lead architectural, engineering, and interior design project delivery operations. You will establish role structures for project delivery leads and partner with discipline leaders to standardize processes, driving continuous improvement and technology adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architectural, engineering, or construction management.
• Professional license or registration (preferred).
• PMP and/or Lean training / certifications (preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in the design industry including construction document preparation and field observation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold Process Delivery Leads accountable.
• Develop structure for each Project Delivery Lead role and maintain the right staffing.
• Partner with Discipline Leaders to standardize and improve project delivery processes and best practices.
• Drive strategic vision for project delivery and implement emerging technologies.
• Serve as primary resource for project delivery, quality management, and delivery process excellence.
• Lead and maintain the firm's Quality Management program, including reviews, control processes, and lessons learned.
• Develop and deliver training, mentoring, and professional development programs.
• Participate in hiring plan recommendations for the Project Delivery team.
• Promote career development through delivery process training and lessons learned sessions.
