Job summary

CSO seeks an experienced Project Architect/Manager in Indianapolis to lead corporate projects from design through documentation. You will coordinate with clients and consultants, manage project teams, and drive successful outcomes across multiple sectors including healthcare, manufacturing/logistics, and hospitality.

The role requires 6–10 years of experience in commercial projects, strong design skills, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience managing commercial projects.
• Strong design and graphic skills with space programming and detailing.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build client and team relationships.
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office to manage project teams.
