Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Director of Programs 1 - Production Master Planner for a large defense program in Roy, UT. You will lead the development and integration of the Master Plan and IMS, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and program goals.

Responsibilities include baseline management, multi-tier supplier integration, and coordinating activities across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and finance. Strong DoD clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Integrated Master Planning on large aerospace or defense programs.
• Lead or manage multi-disciplinary teams in a program-oriented environment.
• Strong schedule integration and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain all program master schedules, WBS, IMP, and IMS.
• Align contract requirements with program activities and readiness milestones.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and finance teams.
• Manage schedule baselines, baselines changes, and RTG plans for schedule impacts.
• Interface with Risk, Issue and Opportunity (RIO) processes and CCBs.
