General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems seeks a Director, Programs in Niceville, FL. Ideal candidates have an Associate's Degree with 8–10 years' experience (or equivalent) and strong Microsoft Office skills. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Formación

• Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 8-10 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership to managers and may also have professional staff.
• Has at least one manager level direct report
• Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams
• Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities
• Directs and oversees program processes and policies; directs program management staff
• Directs the work of programs staff to ensure timely completion and compliance with standards
• Presents programs status updates to senior management or other stakeholders
