Job summary

Nammo Defense Systems seeks an experienced Director of Programs to lead multi-disciplinary teams across new product development and production programs. The role requires oversight of defense and commercial contracts, with focus on DoD, international and direct commercial contracting requirements.

The ideal candidate will drive risk management, cost control and negotiations while collaborating with engineering, finance, operations, supply chain and executives in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to obtain BATF clearance.
• Advanced understanding of FAR, DFAR, ITAR/EAR and WAWF; cost-type contracts.

Responsibilities

• Direct complex programs from inception (bid and proposal) through delivery.
• Manage financial performance and profitability including EAC process.
• Represent Nammo Defense Systems in customer engagements and reviews.
• Lead program, proposal, and contracting teams for complex programs.
• Support solicitation, contract terms and cost/price analysis.
