The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in overseeing complex defense and commercial contracts and possess a strategic understanding of Department of Defense, international, and direct commercial contracting requirements. This role requires an effective leader skilled in guiding multi-disciplinary project teams across new product development and advanced technologies through ongoing production programs.
The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in overseeing complex defense and commercial contracts and possess a strategic understanding of Department of Defense, international, and direct commercial contracting requirements. This role requires an effective leader skilled in guiding multi-disciplinary project teams across new product development and advanced technologies through ongoing production programs. The ideal candidate will incorporate a problem-solving attitude and collaborative mindset to guide independent and collaborative improvements.
Advanced understanding of FAR, DOD procurement procedures, Cost Accounting Standards, ITAR/EAR, and WAWF, with strong experience in handling cost-type contracts.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with proficiency in preparing financial spreadsheets and presenting to both internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in Deltek and Costpoint applications preferred.
Ability to obtain a Security Clearance and ATF Responsible Person approval.
Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellence and integrity.
