The position offers a substantial compensation package and relocation support. Candidates should have 15+ years of PM experience in defense/aerospace and be eligible for a Secret clearance.

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years in program or project management within defense or aerospace.
• Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams to meet program performance.
• Proven ability in customer engagement and developing strategies for future opportunities.
• Disciplined program execution and risk management track record.
• Ability to build and lead PM teams with coaching and delegation.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence across organizations.
• Must obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Location: Magna, UT

Compensation: $230,000 – $345,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a portfolio of complex programs, ensuring objectives are met
• Drive disciplined program execution and risk management across the portfolio
• Lead and mentor program managers, setting clear expectations and development paths
• Champion a high-integrity, inclusive culture that fosters engagement and collaboration
• Shape and execute the growth strategy for the business portfolio, identifying new opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align capabilities with customer needs
• Engage with customers to strengthen relationships and understand emerging requirements
