For our client, we are seeking a General Manager of Strategy, Engineering Technology Group to join the team of a leader in the aerospace and defense space.

This senior leadership role will help shape and execute strategy for a highly technical organization, ensuring priorities, staffing, and budgets are aligned with enterprise objectives. The position will partner closely with executive leadership to drive disciplined execution across complex initiatives while supporting the organization’s technical depth and operational effectiveness. It also serves as a key connector between the leadership team, corporate stakeholders, and enterprise operations groups to strengthen planning, communication, and organizational performance.

Location: Chantilly, VA

Compensation: $248,000 - $372,000 annually
