• Strong background in metric development for process health monitoring.

For our client, we are seeking a Director Mission Assurance 2 to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will lead mission assurance efforts across complex programs, ensuring products and processes meet stringent contractual, quality, and regulatory expectations. The position partners closely with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to strengthen execution, drive continuous improvement, and support mission success in a highly regulated environment. The leader in this role will also help shape an inclusive, high-performing culture while improving process health and compliance discipline.

Location: Mesa, AZ

Compensation: $209,100 – $363,100 annually
