Job summary

All Seniors Foundation is seeking a Director of Programs to lead strategy and operations for non-clinical programs across Los Angeles County. You will manage program managers, develop new initiatives, and ensure programs meet outcomes and funding goals.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership, reporting to executive leadership. The organization emphasizes a mission-driven culture, bilingual advocacy, and community partnership engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s in public health, nonprofit management, social work, or related field.
• 7+ years program management experience including 3+ years supervising program managers.
• Experience in senior services, healthcare, or nonprofit leadership.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and people-leadership skills.
• Experience with grant-funded programs and outcome reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across 8+ program areas including outreach, advocacy, caregiver support, and education.
• Supervise program managers and ensure each team meets outcome goals.

Role Overview

As Director of Programs, you will lead the strategy and operations of our non‑clinical programs including community outreach, volunteer services, caregiver support, education, and bilingual advocacy. You will manage program managers, develop new initiatives, and ensure programs meet outcome and funding goals.
