College Track in Oakland is seeking a Director of Program to oversee day-to-day site management and deliver leadership development programming for Scholars. You will coach staff, foster a student-centered environment, and partner with the Operations Manager to ensure safety and a welcoming atmosphere for all.

The role is 100% in-person, with weekday hours 11:00am–7:00pm and occasional Saturdays, offering a competitive total compensation package and opportunities to grow within a mission-driven

Qualifications

• Experience in program management and/or curriculum implementation and evaluation.
• Experience building or managing complex youth-serving projects.
• Able to work 100% in person, in-office 11:00am-7:00pm on weekdays and occasional Saturdays.
• Commitment to asset-based youth development and DEI.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day site management to deliver leadership development programming for College Track Scholars.
• Coach and manage all College Track staff running programming.
• Co-create a student-centered environment for young people from diverse backgrounds.
• Partner with the Operations Manager to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for scholars, staff and visitors.
