College Track is seeking a Director of Program in Oakland, CA to oversee day-to-day site operations and deliver leadership development for Scholars. The role requires coaching staff, creating a student-centered environment, and partnering with the Operations Manager to maintain a safe, welcoming space.

The position is full-time exempt, with a compensation range of $115,000–$165,000 depending on experience. The role emphasizes equity, inclusion, and a strong commitment to youth development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site management for College Track programs.
• Coach and manage all staff running programming.
• Co-create a student-centered environment for scholars from diverse backgrounds.
• Partner with the Operations Manager to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for scholars, staff and visitors.
