Job summary

University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences seeks an Executive Director, Program Strategy to lead campus-based program development and profitability. You will oversee P&L, drive enrollment growth, and align degree offerings with business and student needs.

Reporting to the Vice Chancellor, you will partner with Academic Affairs, Enrollment, Marketing and Finance to shape strategy, leverage market insights, and coordinate across stakeholders to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in product management or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead program quality and profitability, managing the program P&L in partnership with academic leadership.
• Identify and develop market opportunities through market research and segmentation.
• Drive competitive positioning and financial results for existing and new programs.
• Develop industry insights and strategic recommendations for leadership in higher education and healthcare.
• Collaborate with Enrollment/Marketing to drive inquiries, conversions and enrollments; partner with Finance on financial performance.
• Oversee operational effectiveness, including launches of new technology, campus spaces, and student services.
• Build strong internal relationships with executive leadership and stakeholders to enhance the student experience.
