Job summary

Harvard Business School in Boston seeks a Director of Program Operations, Data, & Systems to lead an integrated portfolio supporting the MBA Program. You report to the Managing Director, Registrar, and coordinate priorities across teams to ensure strong execution and aligned resources.

The role connects people, processes, data, and technology to improve delivery of MBA services and the student/faculty experience, leading transformation and data-informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in complex program operations, data and analytics, or related fields with management experience.
• Strong leadership of managers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience translating strategy into operational plans and priorities.
• Experience in higher education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Program Operations, Data, and Systems team through two senior leaders.
• Translate MBA Program and Registrar's Office strategy into priorities and plans.
• Foster a culture of strong execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee core operations, analytics, and business systems for the MBA program.
