What You’ll Do
  • Lead a team of professional development professionals and foster a collaborative, service-driven culture
  • Design and implement firm-wide learning programs that support attorney growth and career progression
  • Oversee milestone training retreats and individualized learning plans for associates
  • Partner with firm leadership to align training with performance goals and talent strategies
  • Manage CLE compliance and monitor training effectiveness using defined metrics
  • Champion modern learning technologies and scalable delivery methods across offices
  • Travel regularly to firm offices to assess local needs and promote engagement

Salary and Location

Salary Range: $210,000 – 220,000 annually, based on experience
