Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in healthcare product management or portfolio strategy.
• Advanced degree (MS/MPH/MBA/PhD) preferred.
• 5+ years in genetic testing, hereditary cancer or oncology.

Responsabilités

• Lead product and portfolio lifecycle strategy, forecasting, and roadmap development.
• Serve as commercial representative for products across scientific, operational, and market access teams.
• Manage strategic partnerships to expand product capabilities, drive distribution, and unlock new revenue streams.
• Lead and ensure operational readiness for product launches and acquisitions.
• Represent customer voice in strategic committees and facilitate alignment on product evolution, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
