Qualifications

• Doctorate or master’s in epidemiology, biostatistics, or related field.
• Post-degree experience in real-world evidence, HEOR, or pharmacoepidemiology.
• Strong observational study design and healthcare data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead scientific credibility of RWE and data discovery agents.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on agent development.
• Define scientific problem statements, tasks and bounds.
• Design scientific workflows and SME review points.
• Establish reference sets and evaluation plans.
• Oversee scientific submissions for governance and product roadmap.
• Serve as SME for non-agentic scientific workflows.
