Job summary

Datavant, a healthcare data collaboration platform, is seeking a Sr./Director of Product Science to lead scientific credibility for real-world evidence and data discovery agents. Qualifications

• Doctorate or master's degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years after a doctorate or 6+ years after a master's for Director; more for Senior Director.
• Strong command of observational study design, healthcare data, and analytic methods.
• Ability to drive progress across cross-functional product teams, manage competing priorities, resolve scientific and product delivery challenges.
• Experience managing or providing matrix leadership to colleagues, coaching and giving substantive feedback.
• Rigorous scientific judgment to RWE product development and evaluation.
• Excellent scientific writing and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience with healthcare data and AI tools in scientific work.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize scientific agents and define their tasks and bounds.
• Review scientific workflows and SME input for agent development.
• Lead scientific evaluation design and assessment metrics for agents.
• Oversee science-related customer delivery in co-build/co-design partnerships.
• Contribute to science leadership activities: blogs, webinars, and talks.
• Support GTM teams with translating customer insights into market signals.
