Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Director/Senior Director of Product Science to lead scientific credibility for real-world evidence and data discovery agents across product zones. You will guide conceptualization, study design, and evaluation while aligning with internal teams and external customers.

You will manage matrix teams, drive scientific standards, and engage in thought leadership through blogs, webinars, and scientific forums.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or master’s degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field.
• Professional research experience in real-world evidence (RWE), pharmacoepidemiology, HEOR, or related field: at least 3 years after doctorate or 6 after master’s for Director; 5/8 for Senior Director.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scientific conceptualization of agents and workflows.
• Ensure scientific validity of研究 design, evidence generation, and evaluation.
• Lead customer delivery for scientific partnerships with pharma and data ecosystem.
• Contribute to AI scientific thought leadership and industry outreach.
