Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of robust product management experience with fintech/payments focus
• Leadership/people management experience
• Deep understanding of complex payment workflows and processing rails
• Strong knowledge of API integrations and event-driven architectures
• Excellent verbal and written communication with data-driven problem solving

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a Product Owners team to deliver on roadmaps and outcomes
• Partner with Product, Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Collections, Customer Service and Legal to drive enhancements
• Own end-to-end product initiatives from definition to post-launch optimization
• Translate ambiguous business needs into a clear, prioritized roadmap
• Define and monitor product metrics to drive value and user satisfaction
• Ensure compliance and security across financial products
