GoTo Foods is seeking a Director of Product Operations & Excellence to partner with the VP of Product across the entire product organization. You will own the operating model, coordinate in-house and offshore engineering, and ensure delivery health and alignment across tracks.

You will drive GTM execution, executive reporting, and cross-team problem solving, building scalable processes and rituals that keep multiple workstreams synchronized and effective.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or delivery management.
• Experience coordinating in-house and offshore engineering delivery.
• Proven ownership of an operating cadence, sprint rituals, and delivery tracking.
• Executive-facing experience presenting delivery status and operational health.
