Job summary

GoTo Foods seeks a Vice President, Strategic Operations to lead enterprise-wide execution across the portfolio. You will partner with brand leadership, field operations, shared services, and executives to translate strategic priorities into operating plans and scalable support models.

Responsibilities include governance, launch readiness, customer care oversight, cross-brand initiatives, and developing dashboards and executive updates to monitor performance and risk.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic operations or franchise operations.
• 5+ years in senior leadership at the Senior Director level or above.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving operations, technology, finance, training, customer care, vendor partners, field teams, brand leadership, and senior executives.
• Experience developing or improving governance models, implementation processes, reporting frameworks, operating routines, executive business reviews, and performance-management routines.
• Restaurant, QSR, hospitality, or franchise experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise priorities into structured operating plans, governance routines, and performance measures.
• Provide governance for major enterprise and brand initiatives with timelines, milestones, and post-implementation reporting.
• Lead cross-brand operations services and process improvements to increase consistency and scale.
• Oversee operations systems support, launch readiness, and vendor coordination.
• Develop reporting routines, dashboards, scorecards, and executive updates for visibility.
• Build and develop a high-performing, collaborative team.
