Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a Product Line Manager to lead profitability and strategic direction for our fiber optic connectivity portfolio.

You will partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to drive growth, price discipline, and market leadership across key customers and opportunities. You will own the P&L, develop plans, analyze market trends, and guide product development from concept to launch while collaborating with suppliers to optimize costs and ensure compelling

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Experience in fiber optics, fiber optic connectivity, cabling systems, or connector technologies
Strong business acumen with experience managing product portfolios, pricing strategies, or product profitability
Excellent analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to influence and collaborate across technical and commercial teams

Responsibilities

Own the overall business performance and profitability (P&L) of assigned product lines
Serve as subject matter expert for products, applications, and target markets
Develop and execute product line strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
Establish and manage pricing strategies including list and contract pricing
Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders
Collaborate with engineering and product development to bring new products to market
Provide technical and commercial leadership to support strategic objectives
