Job summary

Caesars Digital is seeking a Director of Product - Digital Rewards & Engagement to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of online rewards across Caesars Palace Online Casino, Horseshoe Online Casino, and Caesars Sportsbook.

The role oversees the full product lifecycle for Caesars Rewards in the digital real-money gaming suite, partnering with Casino, Sportsbook, Marketing, and Engineering to optimize engagement and profitability.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for building and maintaining our rewards and engagement features for our real-money gaming products (Caesars Palace Online Casino, Horseshoe Online Casino, and Caesars Sportsbook). As Director of Product - Digital Rewards & Engagement, you will work with key stakeholders on Casino, Sportsbook, and Marketing to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the online Rewards experience for our digital suite of real-money gaming products - leveraging the Caesars Rewards program to create differentiated loyalty and engagement features for our digital players.

The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $190,000 USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses. This role includes paid Flexible Time Off and paid company holidays.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

• Define and own the long-term vision and product roadmap for loyalty, rewards, and engagement across digital products.
• Develop innovative loyalty mechanics that utilize the existing Caesars Rewards program structure to maximize player engagement and lifetime value.
• Work with senior stakeholders to align the digital Caesars Rewards strategy with business and commercial goals, player segmentation strategies, and responsible gaming principles.
• Partner closely with engineering, promotions, CRM, marketing, compliance, and operations teams.
• Serve as the product authority on Caesars Rewards in the digital products.
• Own the full product lifecycle for Caesars Rewards in our real-money gaming suite of products - from concept and regulatory review through launch and continuous optimization.
• Optimize UX for earning, tracking, and redeeming rewards across casino and sportsbook journeys.
• Define and track KPIs including activation, engagement, retention, churn, MARPU, Player LTV, bonus cost efficiency, and Caesars Rewards redemption rates.
• Work with Casino, Sportsbook, and Marketing stakeholders to balance digital reinvestment through the Caesars Rewards program with profitability.
• Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead integration efforts of third-party loyalty vendors, CRM platforms, payments, and any additional relevant providers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders on product strategy and vision for third-party promotions and exclusive offers (ex. Shop takeovers, branded promotions, etc.)
• Ensure extensibility for new jurisdictions, brands, and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Need

5+ Years Product Management Experience

Experience in regulated iGaming/Sports betting markets preferred

Experience with omni-channel loyalty programs preferred
