Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas is seeking a Product Compliance Director to lead regulatory submissions and ensure software deployments meet all gaming regulations. You will collaborate with Product Development, Legal and QA to manage compliance across regulated markets.

You will stay ahead of industry changes, build strong cross‑functional relationships, and guide teams through complex regulatory processes to deliver compliant products on time.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Gaming experience with regulatory focus.
  • Experience interpreting gaming regulations and technical requirements.
  • Engagement with regulatory bodies and test labs (GLI, BMM).
  • Conducting technical compliance audits and governance.
  • Building relationships across internal/external teams to enable compliant product delivery.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Work with the Product Compliance Director and ensure timely regulatory submissions/approvals of the system

In collaboration with the Product Development Team, manage the technical submission process through completion

Manage documentation required to support all regulatory submissions

Maintain process to ensure only approved software versions are deployed into each regulated market

Work with Product Development and QA Team to ensure software solutions conform to regulatory requirements

Assist with reporting and maintaining regulatory relations for Caesars

Evaluate testing procedures to meet regulatory specifications where applicable

Consult with the Legal Department, as necessary, to understand regulatory requirements

Stay informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes

5+ years of Gaming Experience

Interpreting regulations and technical requirements

Engagement with State, Tribal and Independent Test Lab (GLI and BMM) regulatory personnel

Conducting technical compliance audits

Building relationships within all levels and disciplines both internal and external to the organization

Can establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers

Can work in a dynamic fast-paced industry and organization
