Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Senior Web Engineer to design, build, and scale high-quality web applications for our digital platforms. You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive user experiences and performance-focused solutions.

You will work in a hybrid setup based in New Jersey, contributing to multi-team projects and leveraging modern frontend stacks including React, Redux, and modern build tools.

Qualifications

  • 5-6+ years of experience in web development with a strong focus on frontend technologies.
  • Experience with Web Native App runtimes such as Capacitor or Cordova.
  • Experience delivering and maintaining large-scale multi-team applications.
  • Experience working on a micro-frontend application stack.
  • Advanced proficiency in React.js and a deep understanding of its core principles.
  • Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
  • Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Rollup, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven ability to work with RESTful APIs and WebSocket integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Job Summary

As a Senior Web Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and delivering exceptional web applications, driving technical excellence, and shaping the user experience. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will work on high-performing, scalable applications that provide world-class experiences for our customers. Your expertise in web development, combined with a passion for innovation, will make a significant impact on the growth and success of our platform.

The Salary range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000 USD, which is dependent on several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs, and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits; medical, vision, and dental insurance, disability insurance, a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to cash bonuses. This role includes paid Flexible Time Off and paid company holidays.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

What You Will Need

5-6+ years of experience in web development with a strong focus on frontend technologies.

Experience with Web Native App runtimes such as Capacitor or Cordova.

Experience delivering and maintaining large-scale multi-team applications.

Experience working on a micro-frontend application stack.

Advanced proficiency in React.js and a deep understanding of its core principles.
