Position Overview:

The Director of Product Development will oversee the end-to-end development and management of the dietary supplement product portfolio, working closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to drive product strategy and market success.

Objectives & Qualifications:

• Oversee product lifecycle from conception to launch.
• Manage dietary supplement flavors, capsules, powders, gummies, and chewables.
• Lead experiments, sample generation, and research on emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with food scientists and R&D teams to ensure quality and innovation.
• Manage team training, troubleshooting, and market trend analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s required.
• 5-10 years in dietary supplement product development, leadership role.
• Knowledge of development, testing, production equipment, and regulatory standards.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and interpersonal skills.
