One of our companies is currently looking for an Associate Growth Product Manager in the United States.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive digital innovation and user experience for a large-scale website built on Drupal/Acquia. As an Associate Growth Product Manager, you'll help shape the roadmap and execution of web-related projects that support growth initiatives. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll prioritize features, manage timelines, and ensure the site reflects brand standards and compliance requirements. You'll combine technical knowledge with strong communication and project management skills to turn ideas into scalable digital solutions that contribute to business performance.
Accountabilities:
- Manage and prioritize web platform features, projects, and updates in alignment with growth strategies
- Develop actionable roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans for website development projects
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, ensure compliance, and maintain documentation standards
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage tasks using tools like Jira and Confluence
- Maintain strong communication between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Drive process improvements by evaluating current workflows and introducing scalable, efficient solutions
- Monitor and report project status and risks to leadership, recommending proactive solutions when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, MIS, Technology, or related field
- Experience managing website projects and roadmaps, ideally with Acquia/Drupal
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and website compliance standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio) is a plus
