Job summary

Firecrawl, San Francisco, seeks a Head of Product to own strategy, roadmap, and prioritization, collaborating with the founders and engineering to shape its direction. This is a builder's leadership role with accountability for outcomes and product quality.

You will build and lead the product function, ensure alignment with developers, and make hard calls about what to build next while expanding the team and influence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product with leadership experience
• Experience leading a product function at a developer or technical company
• Experience shipping in a fast-moving tech environment

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap, and the hard prioritization calls that come with them
• Turn a fast-moving market and deep developer insight into a clear plan for what we build next
• Work directly with the founders and engineering to shape Firecrawl's direction
• Build and lead the product function, including our Product Operations Engineer, and set the bar for how product works here
• Stay close to developers and the product itself, your decisions should come from real understanding
• Own the outcomes: what ships, whether it lands, and what we learn
