You will lead the product function, set high standards, and own outcomes from decisions on what to ship to the learnings that follow. Hybrid work and strong technical credibility are essential.

• Closely collaborated with engineering and founders

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap and prioritization
• Transform market insights into a clear plan for what to build next
• Collaborate with founders and engineering to shape direction
• Build and lead the product function, including Product Operations Engineer
• Stay close to developers and the product to ensure grounded decisions
• Own the outcomes: shipping, impact, and learnings
