Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in process improvement or similar role.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing teams without authority.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement.

Salary Range: $170,000.00 To $250,000.00 Annually

Director of Process Improvement

PureTek Corporation is seeking a Director of Process Improvement to lead efforts that make our business more efficientand scalable. This role will work across departments to understand how work is currently being done, identify opportunities to improve processes, and help teams implement practical solutions that deliver measurable results. The Director will partner with leaders and employees at all levels to improve quality, reduce waste and unnecessary complexity, strengthen accountability, and support PureTek’s continued growth. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, bringing people together, and turning improvement opportunities into lasting change. This position will work onsite in Panorama City, CA.

Key Responsibilities
