Qualifications

• Education: 4-year College degree required, preferably in business, marketing, communications and/or liberal arts.
• Experience: 8+ years' experience in business development and marketing; minimum 3 years advising attorneys or practice leaders and leading BD initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead all business development, marketing and client targeting activities under our private capital platform.
• Identify and advance visibility efforts and opportunities to expand our private capital platform, including events, sponsorships and thought leadership campaigns.
• Collaborate with partners and global teams to develop and implement business and client development plans
• Coach attorneys on business development goals and priorities and execute plans aligned with practice goals.
• Develop and oversee maintenance of marketing and pitch materials; train junior team members on best practices.
• Advise attorneys on strategies for pursuing new business opportunities and pitch meetings, including briefing discussions, market research, and positioning.
