Life Care Services (LCS) in Des Moines, IA, seeks a Director of Finance and Pricing to lead pricing strategy, revenue optimization, and analytics for resident entry fee forecasting and contract economics.

You will partner with senior leadership to drive data-driven decisions that maximize revenue, cash flow, and long-term growth while building a centralized finance and analytics function in a growing senior living organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, analytics, mathematics, or statistics.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, pricing, revenue management, FP&A, analytics, underwriting, or related areas.
• Experience building financial models and using data to influence decisions.
• Strong forecasting, financial analysis, and revenue optimization knowledge.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise pricing strategy and governance across divisions.
• Develop recommendations to optimize revenue, occupancy, cash flow, and long-term outcomes.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for pricing, forecasting, underwriting, and initiatives.
• Provide analytical support for strategic business decisions.
• Own forecasting and predictive modeling capabilities end-to-end.
• Lead resident financial underwriting and contract economics.
