Storm3 is seeking a senior pricing leader for a fully remote role within the United States. You will own the economic models behind pricing and value propositions, evaluating acquisition costs, distribution terms, and manufacturer economics to drive customer savings.
You will translate dense healthcare economics into clear materials for commercial negotiations and partnerships, balancing technical rigor with storytelling for non-technical audiences.
$170,000–$210,000 base salary + equity
Storm3’s client is a healthcare technology business helping employers manage the cost and complexity of specialty care. The company is growing its commercial operation and needs a senior pricing leader who can turn dense healthcare economics into a clear, defensible value story.
There is a common gap in healthcare pricing roles: the analysis may be sound, but it does not always translate into something a customer, partner, or commercial team can confidently use.
This role sits directly in that gap.
You will own the economic models behind the company’s pricing and value proposition, looking at acquisition costs, purchasing routes, distribution terms, manufacturer economics, and the financial impact for customers. The work needs to hold up under scrutiny, but it also needs to be understood by people who do not spend their day inside a spreadsheet.
That balance matters here. Storm3’s client does not need someone who only reports on existing performance or maintains a model built by somebody else. The expectation is that you will create the analytical framework, challenge assumptions, keep the underlying data current, and help shape how the business approaches commercial negotiations and partnerships.
You will work across commercial leadership, pharmacy and distribution partners, and customer-facing teams. Some of the conversations will involve competing priorities, so being technically correct is only part of the job. You need to explain trade-offs clearly and defend the commercial position without hiding behind the analysis.
