Job summary

The role reports to the RTC Senior Director, expands outreach, develops innovative programs, ensures compliance with funding and regulatory requirements, and occasionally works evenings and weekends for workshops.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related behavioral health field.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and administrative supervision and directs day-to-day program operations and staff.
• Establishes program priorities and quality standards.
• Oversees prevention initiatives, professional trainings, curriculum development, data, and evaluation.
• Builds partnerships with schools, law enforcement agencies, and community organizations.
• Represents the RTC/UCLA Health in community and professional settings.
• Participates in department leadership, program development, quality improvement, grant activities, and resource development.
• Ensures that prevention services meet professional, institutional, legal, and funding requirements.
• Working evenings and weekends on occasion for workshops, trainings, meetings, and community events.
