Using advanced and specialized expertise, the Assistant Director of Prevention Education designs and implements a wide variety of health promotion, education programs for the campus, and in conjunction with community outreach programs. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data and situations requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Duties also include acting in the capacity of a California Sexual Assault/Domestic Violence Counselor for survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence and stalking by providing brief crisis assessment and intake support to community members. Position may also provide back-up or fill-in support for survivor support team when needed.
The full salary range for the Assistant Director of Prevention Education is $73,600.00 - $133,200.00 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $95,000 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
