Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive mechanical estimating/preconstruction experience.
• Proven experience leading estimating personnel and departments.
• Strong background in HVAC, piping, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction and estimating department and mentor team members.
• Establish scalable estimating processes, templates and quality controls.
• Oversee all phases of preconstruction for negotiated, conceptual, design-build and plan-and-spec projects.
