Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a preconstruction team to deliver high-quality results.
• Direct preparation and validation of estimates, budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with design, engineering and procurement for constructability and value engineering.
• Oversee development and issuance of bid packages and ensure client expectations.
• Identify and mitigate complex preconstruction risks; lead client meetings and communications.
• Support negotiations of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
