Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project management for data center/infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading full lifecycle projects as the accountable owner.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and construction-readiness capabilities.
• Experience interfacing with finance and sales to align capital planning with scope.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction diligence, constructability reviews, and site constraints.
• Own budgeting, cost modeling, and schedule development with Finance, Sales, and Engineering.
• Identify procurement strategies considering long-lead items and supply chain volatility.
• Evaluate construction approaches to optimize timelines and reduce risk.
• Conduct subcontractor interviews and prequalification processes.
• Develop subcontractor engagement strategies across trades and geographies.
• Translate planning into scopes of work, bid packages, and RFPs.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams for permitting and transition to construction.
• Provide ongoing tracking of budgets, pricing, and schedule assumptions.
• Act as technical advisor during sales pursuits to validate buildability and cost structure.
