Job summary

Circet USA is seeking a Director of Preconstruction to lead planning, estimating, and readiness for data center network infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Construction to ensure accurate scoping, budgeting, and risk assessment for successful execution.

The role requires driving constructability reviews, value engineering, and establishing standards while building a high-performing team of estimators and BIM leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field; relevant experience can be substituted for degree.
• 10+ years of experience in data center, telecommunications, network infrastructure, or mission-critical construction.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
• Working knowledge of BIM or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of Accubid or similar estimating software.
• OSHA 30 (can be acquired post-hire if necessary).
• Ability to travel - anticipated travel 25-50% based on need.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

Circet USA is a premier technology infrastructure design, build, and maintain partner. The Director of Preconstruction leads planning, estimating, cost modeling, constructability reviews, and project readiness activities for data center network infrastructure projects. This role partners with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Construction teams to ensure projects are accurately scoped, budgeted, risk-assessed, and prepared for successful execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned:
