Job summary

Circet USA is seeking a Director of Preconstruction to lead planning, estimating, cost modeling, constructability reviews, and project readiness for data center network infrastructure projects. This role requires collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Construction teams to ensure accurate scoping, budgeting, risk assessment, and successful execution.

The position demands 10+ years in data center or mission-critical construction, 5+ years in leadership, and strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data center, telecommunications, network infrastructure, or mission-critical construction.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
• Working knowledge of BIM or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of Accubid or similar estimating software.
• OSHA 30 (can be acquired post-hire if necessary).
• Ability to travel - anticipated travel of 25-50% based on need to include project visits and client facing engagements

The Director of Preconstruction leads planning, estimating, cost modeling, constructability reviews, and project readiness activities for data center network infrastructure projects. This role partners with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Construction teams to ensure projects are accurately scoped, budgeted, risk-assessed, and prepared for successful execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned:

• 10+ years of experience in data center, telecommunications, network infrastructure, or mission-critical construction.
