The Director of Preconstruction will lead preconstruction activities, ensuring comprehensive project preparation and successful project delivery in the property and construction industry. This role requires a forward-thinking individual with a strong background in preconstruction and expertise in managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

Description
  • Oversee all preconstruction activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and project planning.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to develop comprehensive project plans and scopes.
  • Lead the preparation of cost estimates, proposals, and bid submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, building codes, and regulations.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Manage and mentor preconstruction team members to enhance performance and professional growth.
  • Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate contracts to achieve the best value for the company and clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact during the preconstruction phase.
