Job summary

Niche SSP is partnering with a leading national General Contractor to recruit a National Preconstruction Director for its Advanced Manufacturing / Science & Technology division.

This senior leadership role will guide preconstruction strategy, build and mentor teams, oversee major pursuits, and shape capture efforts across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in preconstruction/estimating within a major GC.
• Proven experience leading teams and managers across multiple projects or locations.
• Strong client-facing and business development capabilities.
• Experience delivering large, technically complex projects.
• Background in Advanced Manufacturing, Mission Critical, Life Sciences or Science & Technology highly desirable.
• Experience with CMAR, Design-Build and/or IPD.
• Strong executive-level communication and commercial acumen.
