Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 12+ years in power systems engineering with leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in power system studies and standards (IEEE, ANSI, NEC, NESC, IEC).
• Proficiency with ETAP, SKM, PSCAD, PSS/E, DigSILENT or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead load flow and short‑circuit studies.
• Perform arc flash hazard analysis.
• Oversee transient stability and dynamic studies.
• Oversee protection and coordination studies.
• Establish and maintain technical standards and quality control.
• Mentor engineering teams and review deliverables.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and business opportunities.
