You will translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for customers, brokers, and internal stakeholders, shaping go-to-market messaging nationwide.

In this senior role, you’ll develop marketing collateral, support corporate communications, and collaborate across Development, Leasing, and Power & Infrastructure

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, or communications translating complex concepts.
• Demonstrated storytelling and content leadership for technical products via multi-media.
• Understanding of data center infrastructure; engineering background a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and public-sector audiences.
• Independent, cross-functional work style with strong presentation skills.
• Experience managing agencies and external partners; proficiency with MS Office, Adobe CC, and design tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead product marketing, positioning, and storytelling for industrial development, power sites, data centers, and advanced manufacturing.
• Translate technical and infrastructure information into clear, customer-facing narratives.
• Develop collateral, presentations, case studies, and thought leadership content across media.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Community Engagement, Leasing, and Development teams to align messaging.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project timelines, entitlements, and permitting milestones.
• Support strategic communications, public meetings, municipal engagements, and government initiatives.
