Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of engineering and professional services on assigned programs.
• Engage technical teams, review progress, and maximize program outcomes.
• Review program scope to meet contract and technical requirements; identify added client value.
• Evaluate schedule performance and improve adherence.
• Assess cost performance and drive cost saving measures across the program.
• Ensure quality of program deliverables and refine processes.
• Collaborate with Section Managers on engineering activities and resource management.
• Partner with PMO to optimize program management and conduct issue investigations.
• Develop financial forecasts of revenue and operating income for the program.
