Job summary

Brandeis University is seeking a Director to lead the DISC Post-Award Office within the Office of Research Administration (ORA) and manage department-level post-award research administration services University-wide.

The role directs cross-unit collaboration, oversees the BA Priority Software platform for sponsored-project financial management, and ensures consistent, high-quality support from award activation to project closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred; 8+ years experience; 10+ years preferred.
• Extensive experience in university research administration and post-award sponsorship.
• Strong knowledge of sponsor regulations and policy interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead DISC Post-Award across Brandeis schools, centers, and units.
• Develop and implement post-award policies, procedures and governance.
• Oversee staff, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Serve as liaison to ORA and central offices; drive process improvements.
